Procrastination is one among many forms of self-sabotage and it can tell you a lot about yourself if you are willing to look.


Here is something for you to journal about

  • Are you procrastinating simply because a specific task is boring and not aligned with you?

  • What is on your way of achieving what you need to do and the goals you have set for yourself?
