Q: Do we have to be on a call during my energy reading session?

A: No, we don't. It is is done offline, remotely and we don't have to be "physically" in touch, I connect to you through the power of intention.

Q: How you do read? Do you use tarot cards or oracle cards?

A: I don't use any cards: no tarot, no oracle. I only use my own extrasensory perceptions. I also work with a pendulum, which is an extension of my own Source connection. I do not channel any "being". I connect to your Higher Self and your business energy. Once the session is over, I disconnect and cut all the cords and connections, you also get a cleanse of your energy field. I am very cautious and respectful of the rules of spiritual hygiene.

Q: What is your refund and cancellation policy?

A: When services are delivered within the 14 days that follow the payment, it is considered that the Client renounces to his/her right of withdrawal as stated in the Terms and Conditions and according to the Law. There is no refund granted for services that have already taken place.
